12 Days of Xmas- Day 3- The Body Shop Handcream

I’ve worked out there are 11 more work days for me before xmas! I couldn’t be happier (unless there was 1 day left….)

So here is a present for day 3 – 2 body shop handcreams!

I got these for just £5 each which was such a bargain – and the reviews on them are rave!

My friend got absinthe which was really refreshing but for my Secret Santa I decided to get two standard creams which I thought might be nice.

The first is almond, and the website says of it “This effective daily hand cream cares for nails as well as hands and contains two manicurist’s essentials: sweet almond oil and panthenol.”

The second is wild rose – the site says “This daily hand cream with rosehip oil provides much needed moisture to mature skin while helping to reduce the appearance of brown spots.” – oops – bit of a naughty to mention brown spots on a gift!

The cream in these is somewhere between the thickness of a body butter and a plain ol’ hand cream, so it’s thickish but not going to tackle really dry skin – the hemp protector is better for that but I am erring on the side of caution!

The scent of the rose is bang on – very sweet and floral, naturally, and the almond is very mild.

The only downside people say about this on the reviews section is that the tubes can be brittle, and product can leak if it’s bashed, so I’m going to out them in this cute little union Jack make up bag.

I love these and at the moment as I say, they are £5 which for a huge tube is a steal!
